Help us find out more...

Updated: Apr 19, 2021

Lighthouse International Group is a UK-based company run from a virtual office registered in London. It was incorporated in 2012 as Lighthouse International Group Holdings Trading LLP and offers the following services: mentoring, coaching, and counselling.

LIG sells mentorship and self-improvement programmes inspired, in part, by Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Successful People – via Meetup and Facebook groups, Webinars, daily lectures, and group calls.

Importantly, LIG offers its members the opportunity to become mentors themselves, via a financial investment of approximately £10,000 to £20,000 to become "Associates" or "Associate Elects" and "move up" through four levels of training or attainment.

There's also an apparent upcoming launch of a big product – called Oracle: The Global Respondency and another, possibly called The Salient Series. Through the actions of LIG and its projects, and a sizeable investment, members can presumably expect to see a financial return.

Lighthouse International Group leadership is:

  • Paul Stephen Waugh, CEO

  • Warren Vaughan, Director

  • Shaun Cooper, Director

  • Chris Nash, Director

  • Adam Wallis, Senior Associate Partner
